First step: Should you find something that matches your interest, click “Request this tour” and fill the Tour booking form. Can’t find something that fits your needs? Then click “Plan your trip” and click Send. Now you just sit back and relax! One of our travel experts will get back to you shortly with our customized package and most favorable offer!

Second step: It’s your holiday so everything should be exactly what you want! Exchange email or discuss with our consultant on phone to understand more about your needs. We will customize the trip then provide you the quotation sending it to you via email afterward. Certainly, your request will be carefully noted and a nicely crafted package with a pleasant price will follow. You can always make any changes to the itinerary until it matches your expectation.

Third step: Guarantee and confirm your trip by making a deposit to our secured payment system. A month before you depart, our consultant will provide you all travel document including your final itinerary with pick-up time and tour guide’s contact, e-ticket receipt and any related travel document such as visa letter or the pre-departure information kit. OUR PAYMENT GUIDELINES TO BOOK OUR TRAVEL SERVICES

When you are pleased with our customized tours, please kindly make a payment to secure your booking. We are available on these following methods of payment: Credit cards, Bank Transfer, Western Union, In Cash (please contact our travel consultants for more information).

1. Bank Transfer/ Telegraphic Transfer: All Bank Transfers should be made to our Vietcombank account as follows: (usually takes within at least 5 working days)

2. Online payment by CARD payment via OnePay: Visa, Master Card, American Express and JCB Card are accepted. We connect with ONEPAY Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment (www.onepay.vn). All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (Merchant).

After you have received Invoice Payment Link, please check the information of the Invoice. If all the information is correct, please check the Terms and Conditions and click “I agree with Terms and Conditions” then click “Submit” or “Book”. You will be redirected to ONEPAY Payment Gateway to pay us online with Visa, Master Card, American Express and JCB Card with following steps:

  • Input Card information: The URL (Uniform Resource Locator) will begin with https://onepay.vn/…
  • To make the payment, you will input the following card information: Card Number, Expiration Date, CSC (Card Security Code – CVV, CVC) => Billing address (Card holder’s address which has been registered with the Issuer Bank)
  • Click “PAY” and input Online payment password (If you have enrolled 3D- Secure Program for your card with the Issuer Bank namely Verified by Visa for Visa card, MasterCard Secure Code for MasterCard, and J- Secure for JCB Card).

This method of payment gives instant notification of successful transaction.

3. By Western Union (sending money online): www.westernunion.com Sign up for a user with Western Union, send the deposit to us. Notify us that you have sent the money with following information:

  • Sender’s name
  • Money Transfer Control Number (usually 10 numbers)
  • Sender’s Address

Note: sending money online is available only in some countries. If not available, please find an agent near to you to send money.
