The trip across three countries was amazing, and not one problem in 3 weeks. Service exceeded our expectation, and Anne went above and beyond to make the trip perfect in every way. We also had an opportunity to meet her and the family on Christmas Eve; it was very meaningful. Anne was extremely responsive and listened to every “wish” to ensure that our trip was exactly as we had requested. Drivers and tour guides were great, always very courteous and on time. Cars were very clean and always stocked with cold water. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and had just the right mix of attention paid to us and alone time. Accommodations were a combination of suggested hotels with some we picked and were all great. The sights in all countries were totally amazing and organized well. One of our guides seemed to be a professional photographer, and took the most incredible pictures of our family throughout our stay in Cambodia/Angkor Wat. I can’t imagine ever using another travel agency. I don’t think any other could ever meet the level of service that was provided.
